All treats are vacuum sealed to preserve freshness and quality during transit. Due to shipping, items may arrive compressed or slightly altered in appearance — this is normal and does not affect taste, potency, or freshness. 💚

If your order arrives missing, incorrect, or damaged, please report it within 24–48 hours of delivery. We are happy to offer a one-time courtesy replacement or refund at our discretion.
