Shipping & Refund Policy
✨SHIPPING TIME✨
Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is received. Once your order has been shipped and dropped off with the carrier (USPS), it is considered in transit and under the carrier’s responsibility.
Tracking information will be provided via email/text once the label is created.
Please note: Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after drop-off.
✨ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS✨
Orders may only be canceled or modified before shipment.
Once an order has been processed or dropped off with the carrier, it cannot be canceled.
✨REFUNDS✨
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once shipped.
Refunds will only be issued if:
Your order has not yet shipped, OR The package is officially returned to sender.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, missed scans, or transit issues.
